Perfect protection thanks to Safety Board

The integrated safety board protects the cell from overcharging, overloading, short circuiting or deep discharge. This means the battery is perfectly protected against incorrect handling, which guarantees a long service life.

High energy density

Compared to conventional NiMH batteries, Li-Ion technology has almost twice the energy density in the same size.

Low weight, low self-discharge and high cycle stability

The ANSMANN 16340 / RCR123 Li-Ion battery is extremely durable and can be recharged up to 2000 times, even under harsh operating conditions. Due to the very low self-discharge, the battery retains its energy over a long period of time, even when not in use. In addition, the weight of the Li-Ion cell is much lower than that of conventional battery technologies (e.g. NiCD/NiMH/PB) with the same performance.
